Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable other than new vendor setup. The primary responsibilities are processing vendor invoices and employee expense reports, recording activity purchased through the company’s AMEX corporate card and paying vendors, either by check, wire or ACH. Other duties include providing dashboard reporting to various groups on the company’s expenditures, GL account reconciliations and automating manual procure-to-pay processes. The position is provided direction by the Corporate Controller but operates with a large amount of autonomy with respect to dealing with other members of the organization and working on assigned duties.
